Wood is an ecological raw material that distinguishes a number of inherent features associated with its biological origins. Knots, patchy tones and cracks increase its decorative qualities and make furniture made of this material unique and one of a kind.

That's why we are sensitizing that:

1. The color or shade of natural wood may in fact slightly differ from the picture of the product on the store's website.

2. There may also be differences in the texture of the raw material, various types of marks: staining, knots which is an advantage and not a flaw of wood and causes that your piece of furniture will be unique and one of a kind.

3. If you order a piece of furniture in the same color as previously purchased products, there may be a difference in shades of the selected wood. This is caused by the difference in the color of each tree even of the same species.

All our products are protected by Osmo Polyx®-Oils that are developed from natural oils and waxes to provide the most hardwearing and durable protection for furniture in accordance with DIN 68861 - 1A. This means that the coating that protects the wood is resistant to common liquid spillages such as water, juice, tea, cola and wine. Stains should be removed immediately with a damp cloth.

Note: Aggressive chemicals for cleaning oiled surfaces can damage the protective coating. We suggest using specially designed formula for this purpose, such as Osmo spray cleaner.

When it comes to renewing the damaged area, we recommend using the OSMO regenerative wax, which is intended for the care and regeneration of wooden furniture. The product is based on natural, vegetable oils and waxes. It allows you to quickly and easily refresh a neglected or worn coating.
